St Andrews Country Lodges

St Andrews Country Lodges & Farmhouse B&B
Situated only 6 miles from the medieval city of St Andrews with its golf courses, silver sand beaches, boutique shops and 6 miles from Dundee, the City of Discovery. We are a stone’s throw from the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife and within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Angus glens and the whisky trails that start in Perthshire.

A perfect location for golfing enthusiasts, couples seeking relaxation and a safe haven for a family break or celebratory party. We are within walking distance to local amenities including a post office, village shop, pub and country tea room, yet set in peaceful, rural surroundings with direct access to miles of scenic walks.

Our four eco-lodges, which sleep up to 6 people each, offer the discerning traveller the opportunity to relax in the knowledge that they are keeping their carbon footprint to a minimum, whilst still enjoying a high standard of accommodation. All lodges are designed with the environment in mind and have living sedum roofs, solar thermal panels and are super insulated.

The lodges are nestled on a peaceful hillside next to our community woodland. Our location means that we are within easy access of St Andrews, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh with the local train station just 2 miles away.

The playpark is hugely popular with kids both young and old offering a playfort, swings, slide, basket swing, push-me-pull-you and of course a huge sunken trampoline that lights up at night.

For those that like to experience far life first hand: collect your own eggs for breakfast, visit the stables with our resident ponies or feed the very friendly Pygmy goats in the paddock alongside the lodges. You can enjoy the many walks and trails in our community woodlands, explore the local cycle routes or simply indulge in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and award winning beaches.

A much sought after treat can be found in Willies Wood in late summer when the bountiful cherry, damson and hazel nut trees are in full fruit. Indulge and enjoy a delicious fruity treat during your stay or take a selection of the fruits home to preserve as a reminder of your holiday
